The pendants are sold without chains . It is possible to put a chain of your own with a maximum diameter of 1 mm with a ring of a maximum of 3 mm in width, or to buy a chain on our site.

All our jewelry is carefully shipped in a box and received within 2 to 3 weeks maximum. Shipping is insured up to the declared value of the Products.

DELIVERY, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- SWISS
Standard delivery by post against signature (2 to 3 working days): 10 CHF (free from 100 CHF of purchase)
If the return conditions are met, you have up to 14 days after receiving your jewel to request a free exchange or refund. We will exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the jewel.
- OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND
Delivery in the European Union, Great Britain, DOM-TOM and Rest of the world by FEDEX against signature (3 to 4 working days): 35 CHF
If the return conditions are met, you have up to 14 days after receiving your jewel to request an exchange or a refund. Please note that in the case of a delivery or a return/exchange outside Switzerland, customs duties and local taxes will be required, which are your responsibility. Contact us for more information.
