The manufacturing and delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks maximum and the package is delivered to you by the Post Office in Switzerland and by FEDEX in the rest of the world.
- Delivery in Switzerland by post against signature (2 to 3 working days): 10 CHF (free from 100 CHF of purchase)
- Delivery in the European Union, Great Britain, DOM-TOM and Rest of the world by FEDEX against signature (3 to 4 working days): 35 CHF
The package, insured up to the declared value of the Products, is sent in complete confidentiality (no apparent mention of the brand and the product) and will be delivered by hand against signature.
The consumer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods on delivery and to report any damage due to the carrier, as well as to the company ΛLMΛSΛNO, within three (3) days.
The times indicated are indicative times, expressed in working days and corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. The company ΛLMΛSΛNO can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not being its fault.
In the case of a delivery or a return/exchange outside Switzerland, customs duties or other local taxes will be required, which are your responsibility. Contact us for more information.
Are considered as returns:
You want to return your jewelry to us for a refund.
You wish to return your jewel to us to exchange it for another.
We offer you the possibility of returning your purchase to us within fourteen (14) days after receipt of your package (the stamp of the carrier being taken as proof). To do this, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the return slip to cover all return costs, regardless of your country of residence . However, please take into account that we offer shipping costs for only one exchange per order. In the event of another exchange, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
We will then refund your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the jewel provided that:
- The jewel is in perfect condition and has not been worn;
- The jewel has not been previously returned for a size bet;
- Your previous purchase has not been definitively returned;
- The jewel is returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), accompanied by the purchase invoice;
- In the event of an order comprising several jewels, the final return can only apply to one jewel because the jewels are produced in pre-order;
- Orders for products that have been personalized or made to measure cannot be canceled or returned for an exchange or refund. These include products that would have been engraved.
How to make a return
1- Send an e-mail to email@example.com specifying the order number, the reason for the return and your wish to obtain a refund or a credit note. The return slip will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours.
2- Prepare your package by putting the unworn product(s) in it as well as the original packaging.
3- Slip the return slip that you received by e-mail, so that we can identify your order.
4- Send the package to the address notified in the email.
When you return a jewel to us, your package is automatically insured by ΛLMΛSΛNO. However, be sure to carefully keep the shipping slip and the tracking number.
