Our jewelry is entirely made by us in our workshop in Geneva . The subcontracting stages, such as 3D printing and lost wax casting, are carried out by qualified Swiss professionals .

We use chain -of-custody ( CoC) certified recycled or sustainable gold and silver. The composition and the quality of the jewel are guaranteed by the presence of two hallmarks: the hallmark of our workshop, which certifies that we have made your jewel, but also a hallmark , which attests to the composition of the jewel. After a certain time, silver frequently exposed to humidity oxidizes, thus taking on a patinated appearance . While some appreciate this characteristic, others prefer to keep a shiny jewel . For better resistance over time, we apply a thin layer of rhodium (we speak of rhodium silver) on some of our silver pieces.

Yes, we offer rings for all finger sizes . If your size is not displayed on the site, do not hesitate to contact us !

If you do not know your finger size, several solutions are available to you:

1 - If you have a ring that is perfectly adjusted to the finger on which you will wear your ΛLMΛSΛNO piece, we offer a size guide to print. This guide is also useful in case you want to offer a ring and you have a reference ring.

2 - If you do not have a reference ring , contact us to find a solution!

Be careful though, ΛLMΛSΛNO offering only one size discount, we advise you to pay attention to the size that you will communicate to us. In addition, the delay for a resizing is 3 to 4 weeks .

Yes, depending on the temperature the size of the finger may vary. When it's hot, the fingers tend to swell. Conversely, the fingers shrink with the cold.

Significant weight loss or gain can also affect the size of your fingers and some people may have large joints. These elements must be taken into account when placing your order.

If you hesitate between two sizes, always choose the larger one. It is more comfortable to wear jewelry that is slightly larger than too tight.

Deliveries and returns

- Delivery in Switzerland by post against signature (2 to 3 working days): 10 CHF (free from 100 CHF of purchase)

- Delivery in the European Union, Great Britain, DOM-TOM and Rest of the world by FEDEX against signature (3 to 4 working days): 35 CHF

In the case of a delivery or a return/exchange outside Switzerland, customs duties or other local taxes will be required, which are your responsibility. Contact us for more information.

In order to respect all the stages of manufacture of your jewel and to guarantee you an optimal quality, we respect a manufacturing and delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks maximum .

We offer you the possibility of returning your purchase to us. within 14 days after receipt of your package. To do this, contact us at info@almasano.com and we will provide you with the return slip to cover all return costs, regardless of your country of residence . However, please take into account that we offer shipping costs for only one return per order. In the event of another exchange, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

We will then refund your purchase within 30 days of receipt of the jewel provided that:

- The jewel is in perfect condition and has not been worn

- In the case of a ring, that it has not previously been returned for a resize

- Your previous purchase has not been definitively returned

- In the event of an order comprising several jewels, the final return can only apply to one jewel

- The jewel is returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), accompanied by the purchase invoice.

- Orders for products that have been personalized or made to measure cannot be canceled or returned for an exchange or refund. These include products that would have been engraved.

In the case of a return/exchange outside Switzerland, customs duties or other local taxes will be required, which are your responsibility. Contact us for more information.

Email us at info@almasano.com and we'll arrange an exchange! Just make sure this is done within 30 days of the buyer receiving the jewelry, that the jewelry is in perfect condition, and that the ribbon attached to your jewelry is still in place.

However, please take into account that we offer shipping costs for only one return per order. In the event of another exchange, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

After receiving your package, we check the condition of your jewel and re-credit you within 30 days maximum.

After sales service

We offer you the sizing of your ring if you return it within 14 days of receipt of the package. For this, contact us at info@almasano.com .

The resizing takes 3 to 4 weeks , depending on the model of your ring and we only offer one sizing per piece of jewelry purchased. It is possible to resize a jewel a second time, but this service is charged.

We are sure that you are careful with your jewelry, but an accident can unfortunately happen. If your Almasano jewel needs repair, we are here for you . Note however that this meticulous work will be invoiced on a case-by-case basis and that it requires 2 - 3 weeks depending on the complexity of the work.
